In 1994 Rajeev set up a direct response agency in Dubai that later grew into Promoseven360. He also established the MRM & McCann Health offices in the UAE, widening the agency networks to the Middle East. Under Rajeev’s leadership, targeted communication delivering measurable ROI, the essence of direct response communication, continued for Promoseven 360 albeit now through new media channels. Using these tools, Rajeev loves nothing more than helping clients take on some of their biggest brand & business challenges.
Ever since he can remember, Mark loved writing stories, and he couldn’t believe his luck when he discovered that he could continue doing so as a grown-up… while getting paid. His work has won numerous local & international awards and he has been instrumental in some of Dubai’s most iconic projects including the launch of The Dubai Mall.

Shahbaz is an award-winning Creative Director with almost 2 decades of experience across Asia-Pacific, U.S.A. and Middle East. He is a rare breed of creative combining innovative thinking with a keen business eye. A graduate of both UCLA and Minneapolis School of Art & Design, Shahbaz is adept at every aspect of communication, from pure design to new-age technology. He is a regular judge at the world’s leading award shows.
Over the past 12 years Sameer has helped some of the largest brands in the region identify and solve their business issues with creative ideas. His work has been awarded at the Effies, Dubai Lynx and D&AD and most importantly it’s been awarded by consumers. Sameer’s deep seated cynicism and endless optimism are his strongest creative tools that have helped his create memorable and clutter breaking brand narratives.
After completing his MBA at Mumbai University, Mo began his advertising career at FCB Health before joining Promoseven 360 in 2006. His passion for his clients’ business is matched only by his love of all things digital, and he has played an integral role in transforming brands and customer experiences, both online and offline.
